Appointments are subject to availability. You are responsible for providing accurate contact information. Confirmations may be sent by SMS, phone, email, or another method; an appointment is only guaranteed once confirmed by us or through our booking system. Please arrive on time—late arrivals may result in a shortened service, rescheduling, or cancellation. We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or reschedule appointments when needed for staffing, safety, incorrect information, customer behavior, emergencies, or other business reasons. Please tell us before your appointment about any allergies, skin or medical conditions, pregnancy, recent cosmetic procedures, or medications that could affect your service.

Cancellation & No-Show / 取消与爽约

We understand plans change—please let us know as early as possible, and ideally at least 24 hours before your appointment. Late cancellations, repeated rescheduling, or no-shows may result in a cancellation fee, loss of deposit, refusal of future bookings, or a prepayment requirement (where allowed by law and disclosed at booking). A "no-show" means not arriving and not giving notice in advance. We may make exceptions for emergencies or special circumstances at our discretion.

Refunds / 退款

Given the nature of beauty, skincare, facial, body, and wellness services, completed services are generally non-refundable. Individual results are not guaranteed, and dissatisfaction with results alone does not automatically qualify for a refund. If you feel something went wrong with your service, please contact us within 48 hours—we'll review and may offer a correction, adjustment, store credit, partial refund, or other resolution at our discretion. Deposits, prepaid packages, memberships, gift cards, promos, and discounted services may be non-refundable unless required by law. No refunds are given for missed appointments, late cancellations, or no-shows when a policy was disclosed at booking.

K & M Beauty does not promise or guarantee any specific cosmetic, skincare, or wellness outcome. Please follow aftercare and let us know if you have any concerns after your service.
