Can dehydrated skin still feel oily?
Yes. Dehydration describes a lack of water, while oiliness relates to sebum, so the two can occur together. We assess how your skin feels and looks before choosing the finishing care.
Is it suitable for sensitive skin?
A consultation comes first. Products and steps can be adjusted for comfort, but active irritation, eczema, rosacea or persistent symptoms should be assessed by a healthcare professional rather than treated by a spa facial.
How is this different from a deep-cleansing facial?
This facial prioritizes surface hydration, comfort and a supple finish. The Korean Aqua Deep Clean Facial is the better starting point when pore buildup and extractions are the main goals.
Is this a HydraFacial® treatment?
No. Waterfall Hydration is K&M’s hydration facial using SkinCeuticals brand serum and mask care with damp compresses. We do not describe it as HydraFacial® or imply that device is included.
